3KSOCIAL uses information you submit to review inquiries, assess creator partnership fit and contact you about your request.
What we collect
Inquiry forms collect your name, email, profile or brand information and any message you choose to provide. The optional full creator application also collects location, content category, audience description, profile links, a bio, photos and an optional PDF media kit.
Storage and access
Records and uploaded files use Cloudflare-hosted storage through our website hosting provider. Data may be processed outside your country. Only the authorized administrator can review private submissions. Our public creator directory is currently closed, including for approved applications. We do not sell application data.
Retention and requests
We retain submissions while needed to assess or manage the potential relationship, and remove them when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, use the inquiry form on our home page and identify your original submission using its reference number. Do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Website operation
Our application does not add advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request information for delivery and abuse prevention. Administrator sign-in is handled by ChatGPT and uses its authentication mechanisms.
